I knew from a very early age that I wanted to help and assist people in their quest for wellness. Originally, I was interested in being a Physical Education teacher but ended up detouring into the healing profession as a chiropractor, graduating from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, in 1981. After several years the opportunity arose to go back to school for Naturopathic Medicine. In 1989 I completed my studies at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. I have been practicing in the health field for over 30 years. A chiropractic background, education in Naturopathic Medicine and the knowledge of Applied Kinesiology has given me the necessary tools and grounding to help my patients and clients recognize their healing potential.

Using a whole-body approach we help each individual in reaching their optimal state by providing natural approaches that assist in the un-layering and re-integration of their health.

I have been very involved in the community having coached soccer for over 11 years with the Peace Arch Soccer Club and the Semiahmoo Girls Soccer Club. I enjoy playing hockey, running, and skiing in my spare time.

I am passionately curious about people, and the reciprocating relationship between what we experience, how we live, and our health.

My own health journey ignited several points of inquiry for me. With milestone experiences that include an extensive childhood surgery, chronic childhood infections, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, and a painful immobilizing condition in my early thirties, I was compelled to explore and understand the coherence of who we are- as physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, and energetic beings.

The variegated learning context of my own health and growth has fostered in me a trove of sensitivity and skill. Melded with formal study and timely guidance, I continue to expand and refine my proficiency in the spectrum of illness and recovery, stagnancy and flow. It is a joy to direct the jewels of my journey through my practice.
